My recent LUSH purchases consisted of a shampoo, face toner, and face cleanser.
The shampoo, Curly Wurly, is a moisturizing mixture of coconut oil, mashed avocados and cocoa butter. There are actually bits of shredded coconut in there, too! With Curly Wurly I do not need a conditioner, my hair is plenty soft and moisturized with just this shampoo. I have found I can wash my hair every other day as it is a strong shampoo that gets my hair very clean in one washing. I don’t have curly hair, but when I described my sometimes unruly, sometimes frizzy hair the salesperson recommended this and so far I have liked it.
I’ve never used a face toner but was curious once my sister got one, so I’m trying Breath of Fresh Air. It is particularly nice right out of the shower or after a workout. Just like the description says, it feels soothing and refreshing. The toner also compliments my face lotion and face tint.
Finally the amazingly delicious smelling Let the Good Times Roll exfoliating facial cleanser…it not only has a sweet scent but my skin feels pampered each time I use it. A pea sized dab mixed with a little warm water is plenty to cleanse your face. Feels perfect for this time of year, smells like the holidays and fresh baked graham crackers all at the same time.
I did purchase the Jungle solid conditioner but ended up returning it. One, I didn’t need a conditioner once I started using the Curly Wurly and two, I didn’t love the scent when I got home. Another wonderful thing about LUSH is that they have a great return policy, if you’re not happy with your item you can return it within 31 days from purchase.
The LUSH love series is an ongoing post series I add to as I change over to or try LUSH products. Previous posts are here.
