Eating rainbow veggies makes me feel earthy and healthy. This weekend Case and I brought home swiss chard, carrots, strawberries, a tiny sweet potato cheesecake, purple garlic and a berry plant from the farmer’s market. Going to the market is always wonderful, it is the getting there that I don’t keep up with. We have had unbelievably warm weather lately, the kind that makes you want to plant a garden, lounge outside rather than inside, get faint flip flop tan lines, sweep the patio and toast marshmallows in the warm evening air.
